The product can complete the three-color cardboard printing, partial cutting, indentation, trimming, slot opening, mold cutting and other processes at one time. Front edge positioning adopts automatic paper delivery mechanism, air volume is adjustable, and host frequency conversion control. This machine adopts PLC and color display for multi-functional control, convenient, fast, flexible, one key change. Phase adjustment is automatically reduced by electric adjustment of PLC, automatically reset; transmission gear adopts 20Cr quality steel, carbonization and fine grinding; wall board is cast iron, thickness of 50mm without deformation. Hole processing is processed with high precision large processing center, hole center accuracy of 0.01mm.The main transmission gear and drive shaft, with the accuracy of the printing machine, tight pneumatic lock, and the machine has accurate color, exquisite printing pattern, and high automation for use and maintenance.
